Roomture has no sign-up, no password, and no email address. Your designs are held under an anonymous account tied to an identifier generated on your device. This page explains how to delete that account and everything stored under it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest, immediate)

1. Open Roomture.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm.

Deletion happens immediately — there is no queue and no waiting period. The app then starts fresh with a brand-new anonymous identifier.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you have already removed the app and cannot use the in-app option, email developer@mindsparc.ai from any address with the subject "Roomture deletion request".

Because there is no account name or email on our side, we cannot look you up by identity. To find your data we need the device identifier the app used. If you still have the app installed, use Option 1 instead — it is faster and does not require this. If you do not, tell us as much as you can (approximate dates you used it, roughly how many designs) and we will do our best to locate and remove it.

We respond within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What we may keep, and for how long

After deletion we retain nothing that identifies you or your designs. We may keep aggregated, non-identifying operational counts (for example, how many designs were generated on a given day) which cannot be traced back to you or to any device.

Payment records are held by Apple and Google under their own retention policies. We have no copy of them and cannot delete them.

Backups roll over on a short cycle; any residual copy is overwritten within 30 days.
